By visiting this website, approving an estimate, scheduling services, accepting services, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Accepted payment methods include e-Transfer, cash, debit, and major credit cards unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required for projects involving material purchases, special-order products, or large installations. Work will not commence until the required deposit has been received.
All pricing is subject to change due to increases in material costs, fuel costs, disposal fees, or changes to the scope of work.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all lawn and work areas are free of pet waste, debris, toys, hoses, wires, rocks, and other obstacles prior to service. Additional charges may apply if cleanup is required before work can begin.
The client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property on scheduled service dates. Locked gates, blocked access, or restricted areas may result in service delays or additional charges.
Recurring lawn maintenance services may be cancelled by either party with 7 days written notice.
Lone Pine Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to hidden or improperly marked items including irrigation systems, sprinkler heads, invisible pet fences, landscape lighting, shallow utility lines, cables, or other concealed obstacles.
Lone Pine Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to grass, plants, trees, shrubs, or landscaping caused by drought, pests, disease, fungus, watering practices, soil conditions, extreme weather, or other environmental conditions beyond our control.
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather conditions, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lone Pine Lawn Care may photograph completed work for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
